Terry Lee Bean

Terry Lee Bean, age 70 of Orlando, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017.  He was born in Tiffin, Ohio the son of Theodore and Esther (Haines) Bean and was employed as a transportation driver.

Terry Leaves to cherish his memory wife Linda (Burnett) Bean of Orlando; sons Donald Roy of Lake Alfred, Robert Roy of Clermont, James Bean of Orlando; brother Joe Bean of Davenport; sisters Sandy Bean of Las Vegas, Pam Bean of Tiffin, OH; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Interment will be at Highland Memory Gardens at a later date.

Phoebe Anne (Walker) Hughes

Phoebe Anne (Walker) Hughes, age 87, passed away peacefully, August 7, 2017.  She was predeceased by her son Tony and her husband John Joseph, Jr., and brother James Marion.  Survivors include her son James J. Hughes, his wife Carol (Wilson), grandson John W., daughter Lee A. Yarborough, husband Joe, grandson Jason J., granddaughter Courtney L. (Porter); 4 great granddaughters, Annabelle, Emelia Yarborough, Avery, Tessa Porter and sister Ruby Inez.

Viewing will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at Dobbs Funeral Home, 430 N. Kirkman Rd, 32811 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with the service at 11:00 am with interment immediately after at Highland Memory Gardens, 3329 E. Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703.

Lunch will be served at the Yarborough home immediately following the graveside service.

Vincent Augustus Thompson, Sr.

Vincent Augustus Thompson, Sr., age  89, of Orlando, passed away Tuesday, August 1st, at his residence.  He was born in Neuvitas Camague, Cuba, the son of the late Dulcina (Smith)  and Claudius Thompson.  Vincent was employed as a food service production supervisor and a member of Church of the Ascension Orlando. 

Vincent leaves to cherish his memory; wife Beryl (Williams) Thompson of Orlando; two daughters Angela Brown and Lorna Charles, both of New York;  three sons Leslie Thompson,  Vincent Thompson, Jr., Roy Thompson all of Cuba; and numerous grand and great-grandchildren.   

The family will be receiving friends  from 12:00 until 1:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 12th, 2017 at Church of the Ascension in Orlando, FL  with Father Jim Sorvillo officiating.
