Samuel Parker, III

Samuel Parker, III, age 61, passed away on Friday, June 20th at Select Specialty Hospital in Orlando, Florida. On January 6, 1953, he was born in Pensacola, Florida at Our Lady of Angels hospital to (deceased) Sam Parker, Jr. and (deceased) Lula Mae Parker. He attended grade school and eventually graduated from Booker T. Washington High School with high honors. After graduating he went into the military and used his excellent skills of writing and organization to become a yeoman who made official entries into military personal records. In his time there, 10 years were spent in fleet reserve and he was given awards such as the Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, and two National Defense Service Medals. He spent 21 years on active duty in the Navy serving his country and was honorably discharged. There he achieved getting his Associates of Arts degree. During his military years, he was stationed in Subic Bay where he met his wife Vilma. Thereafter, they married in San Diego, California and had three children together. After he retired, the family moved to the Central Florida area. In his last year of the military he became a published author, writing “Enchanted Dream,” which became published in the National Library of Poetry. He is survived by his wife Vilma Parker, oldest son Shawn Parker, only daughter Crystal Parker, and youngest son Eugene Parker. He is also survived by his five sisters Ella Ruth Parker, Oranetta Mays, Geraldine Jenkins, Audie Clemons, and Deborah Young, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
 
Visitation and service will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at Dobbs Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The burial service will take place on the same day at 1:30 PM at the National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

Michel Jacquelin Camy

Mr. Michel Jacquelin Camy was born on November 10th 1934 and passed away on June 2nd 2014. He was the son of Lamarre Camy and Christialia Jn Charles who are also deceased. He attended middle school in a religious school in Fort Liberte, and attended high school at Philippe Guerrier. He was a father of 4, 3 Men which are Jose Camy, Michel James Camy, Sergo Camy and a Woman which is Jasmine Camy. He was also a Grandfather of 12, he had 3 brothers Rodolph Camy, Michel Henry Camy, Gary Camy and 4 Sisters Philomene Seide, Allette Seide, Jocelyne Seide, Huguette Camy, Mr. Michel Jacquelin  was a hardworking man, He worked for Chrystal Water Company for over 20 years. He was a role model, he was a servant of God who had extreme Faith.

Eleuterio Federico

Eleuterio Federico, age 91, of Orlando passed away Tuesday, June 17th, 2014.   Eleuterio was born in Providence, RI, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph  Federico.  He served in the U.S. Army, was employed as a military civilian radio repairman and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church Orlando, FL .
 
He is preceded in death by wife Esther Federico (11/6/2011) and leaves to cherish his memory son Dr. Thomas (Elaine) Federico of Canton, GA; daughter, Juliane (Allen) Byrd, of Clermont, FL; brother Anthony Federico of Rhode Island; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
 
The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at Holy Family Catholic Church, Orlando, FL, at 11:00 am on Monday, June 23rd, 2014 with Father Justin Vakko officiating, followed by interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Michel Camy

Michel Jacquelin Camy, age 79, of Winter Garden, FLpassed away Monday, June 2nd, 2014 at Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.  Michel was born in Fort Liberte Haiti,  the son of the late Chrisilia Jean (Charles)  and Lamar  Camy.   He was a member of Church of God of Prophecy Orlando, and was employed in the grocery industry. 

Michel  was preceded in death by his wife and
is  survived by daughter, Jasmine Camy of Spring Valley, New York.  Funeral Services are pending.

Fernando Rodriguez


On June 10, 2014 at the start of dawn, Fernando Rodriguez was called home to be with his Lord and Savior.  Born on April 30, 1971 in Aquas Buena, Puerto Rico,  and raised in Orlando,  he attended grammar, junior high and high school.  He was a member of the NJROTC.  In 1991 he went on to graduate from Oak Ridge High School and later enrolled and graduated with honors with a degree in medical assisting from Everest university in May of 2010. 
 
Fernando lived a full and free life.  he enjoyed the sport of football as he would root for his beloved Florida State Seminoles.  He had a passion for mechanics, and would give the most awesome oil changes.  He could also change a mean tire but most importantly he loved being a father. 
 
Fernando was preceded in death by his older brother Nicolas Rodriguez Jr. and leaves to cherish his memory, wife Callie (Meadows) Rodriguez of Orlando; parents Nicolas and Frances Rodriguez of Auburndale; sisters Carmen Dort, Gladys (Richard) Foster and Frances R. Rodriguez all of Orlando; sister by Christ Sandra "Candy" Charles of Brooklyn, New York; brother Jerry Rodriguez of Clermont and his only and beloved daughter Tabitha Carmen Rodriguez of Orlando; step children Shauna & Thomas, with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
 
The visitation and service will be held at Dobbs Funeral Home on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 4:30 until 7:00 pm.

Robert Wayne Surrency, Jr.

Robert Wayne Surrency Jr., age 54, of Orlando, passed away Monday, June 9th, at Consulate Health Care Nursing Home, Altamonte Springs, Seminole County.   Robert was born in Jacksonville, FL the son of  Carolyne (Garrett)  and Robert  Surrency, Sr.  He served in the  US Army and was employed as a manager for temporary services. 
 
Robert leaves to cherish his memory, wife Irish Welch-Surrency; son Damien Surrency; two daughters, Aaliyah Surrency, Ashleigh Surrency all of Orlando; sister Stacie (Stuart) Darden and niece Cassie Darden both of Jacksonville.
 
The family will be receiving friends on at Dobbs Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12th, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm.  The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 13th,  with Pastor Thomas Hensley officiating.

Nancylee Havre

Nancylee Havre, 86, passed away June 4, 2014.  Born in Ravenna to Wilbert "Jack" and Edna Quillen, Nancy had lived in Ravenna for 57 years.  After graduating from Ravenna High School,  she attended Dyke-Spencerian Business School in Cleveland, then Ohio Weslyan where she met her husband whom she married in 1947.
 
From childhood on, Nancylee was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians fan.  While living in Ohio, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ravenna, Sarah Circle, Tri-Sorosis and Iva Austin Garden Club before moving to Orlando, Florida in 1985.  In Orlando, she enjoyed playing bridge with her  friends.  She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Prayer Circle, Sara Circle, Kol Avah Bible Class, St. Luke's Quilters Group (16 years) and knitted newborn caps for the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Mothers and Babies.
Nancylee is survived by husband, Lee ;  children, Pamela, Trey, Deborah and Geoffrey;  eight grandchildren and sister, Kathryn Anderson of Paso Robles, California. 
There will be a private, family-only memorial service.  Memorial donations may be made Shepherd's Hope (www.shepherdshope.org)  which provides free medical care to low income, uninsured. 
 
 

William Joseph Ulmer

William Joseph Ulmer, 80, went to be with our Lord on June 5th, 2014.  Born Dec. 4, 1933 in Walterboro, SC., Bill served in the Air Force during the Korean War, after which he married Julia Garvin in 1956.  They made a loving home in the Orlando area and were blessed with three children.  Bill had a staunch work ethic and worked as a delivery driver and enjoyed operating a small tree nursery with his wife.  A faithful member of Little Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Davenport, Fl., Bill served God eagerly and shared a great love for the Lord's people.
 
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Julia, Orlando; Brothers, Jerry (Cindy), Leland NC., Joe (Bunky), Columbia, SC.; sisters, Wilma Ulmer, Walterboro, SC., Jennie Muchenfuss, Yulee, Fl.; sons, Wendell (Kathy), Apopka, Michael (Leanna), Orlando; and daughter, Rebecca Roberts (Rodney), Apopka, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  
 
Services will be held at Orange Primitive Baptist Church at 3512 Clarcona Rd., Apopka, Fl. on Monday, 6/9/2014.  Viewing will begin at 9:30am with funeral at 10:30am. Graveside service to follow at Lake Hill Cemetery in Orla Vista. Services will be conducted by Elder Mark Nunley, pastor.

Grace Marilyn Warfield

Grace Marilyn Warfield passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014 at her home in Orlando after a lifelong  struggle with Acute Intermittent Porphyria.  Grace was born April 14, 1970 in LaGrange, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.  Grace was Miss LaGrange in 1986 and being a talented and avid baton twirler all through school, was named Miss Twirl in 1991.  Grace started her modeling career in high school with John Casablancas.  Grace moved to Orlando in 1992.  She played Pluto at Disney and was a member of the project team that built the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom.  Grace was a spokesperson for the American Porphyria Foundation and organized several fundraisers. 

Grace is survived by her parents, Robert and Rose Mary Warfield, sisters, Leann Warfield Brezinsky and Beverly Boesch, brother, Robert C. Warfield, brother-in-law, Jerome Brezinsky, three nephews, Joshua Boesch, Robert A. Warfield and William Warfield, and her beloved Yorkies, Teddy and Scooter. 

A Mass and memorial service will be held on June 14, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Dobbs Funeral Home, 430 N. Kirkman Road, Orlando, FL 32811.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Porphyria Foundation, 4900 Woodway Drive, Suite 780, Houston, TX 77056.


 

Anita Ruth Milford

Anita Ruth Milford, age 59 of  Winter Garden, FL passed away Friday, May 30th, at Tavares Hospice House,.   Tavares,  County.   Anita was born in Beckley, WV the daughter of the late Nannie Ruth (Kaiser)  and Edward Ellsworth Toney.  She was employed as a waitress. 
 
Anita is predeceased by  son Daniel Milford (2006) and leaves to cherish her memory, husband Steven Charles Milford of Orlando; three daughters  Pamela Grathwohl of Winter Garden, Tammy Perrigo of Louisville, TX, Vicky Carter of Winter Garden; 6 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren.
 
A Memorial Service was held at Dobbs Funeral Home at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 2nd, 2014 with Rev. George Hobbs officiating.
