Jason Brent Foulk

On Monday, August 12, 2019 Jason Foulk, loving husband and father of four girls, passed away at the age of 46.

Jason was born on May 3, 1973 in Scottsdale, AZ to Benjamin Lewis Foulk and Julia Jeannine Anderson.  He was the youngest of four children: Bonnie Jeannine, Benjamin James and Janet Lynn.

He graduated from the University of Utah and became a commercial airline pilot for JetBlue.  He was married to and survived by Kathleen Loretta Murphy and had four daughters, Audrey Lynn 16, Julia Marie 9, Adelyn Jennifer 7 and Emma Christine 7.

Jason began his career in aviation at the Salt Lake International Airport as a member of the ground service.  His first job as a pilot was flying to report weather for a Salt Lake City television station.  He also had a job flying over the Great Salt Lake in order to spot the masses of shrimp for the fishing boats.  For a time, he was also a pilot flying tour groups over the Grand Canyon.

He would later move to the east coast to fly as a commercial pilot where he would meet his future wife Kathleen 18 years ago when they both worked for United Express.  He spent the last 13 years flying for JetBlue Airways, mostly recently as Captain.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2019 in the Henry Chapel at the First Orlando Baptist Church on 3000 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, Florida at 11:00 am.  Donations may be made to Deep Waters Counseling Center in Jason's name, to be used towards helping the family heal.
