Otmer Ray Payne, age 72, of Orlando, FL passed away Friday, May 29th, 2015 at his residence. Otmer was born in Clio, WV the son of the late Myrtle (Smith) and Denvil Payne. He was employed as a residential painter.
Otmer is survived by his wife Deborah (Lewis) Payne of Orlando; two daughters, Melissa Varney of Ocoee, Julie Payne of Orlando; two sons Matt Payne of Clermont, Mark Payne, of Casselberry; two sisters, Sharon Groves of Elkview, WV, Donna Faye Gobey of Walton, WV; three brothers, Clifford Payne of Akron, OH, Ronnie Payne of Helena, MT, Danny Payne of Clio, WV; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
A memorial service for Otmer will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the Orlando Moose Family Center #766 located at 5001 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando FL 32810.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences.
