Nathaniel (Nat) Bartee, age 82 of Orlando , passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018. He was born to Joe Bartee and
Minnie Spencer Bartee, on August 4, 1933, in Quitman, Georgia. He married Lucille Phillips Bartee in 1955,
and later relocated to Orlando, Florida in 1970 where they remained.
Nathaniel
was a dump truck driver and mechanic for many years until he was injured and
was no longer able to work.
Nathaniel
was preceded in death by both parents, wife, Lucille P. Bartee, daughter,
Margaret Bartee, sister, Maxine Bartee, and granddaughter, Terrica Anderson.
He leaves to mourn four sons: Jerry Bartee, Charles
Bartee, Howard Bartee (Regina), and Vincent Bartee (Diane), six daughters:
Bonnie Dawkins, Sheila Bartee Lyons (Ronald), Dorothy Wynn (Lamar), Brenda
Campbell (Ezekiel), Anna Bartee, and Bridgett Cannon (Arthur). He also leaves
to cherish his memory 30 grandchildren, 40+ great-grandchildren, and a host of
family and friends. His family, friends and neighbors will remember him as a
quick-witted man with a love for people and animals.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at The Church of Power Praise & Deliverance, located at 701 W. South Street, Orlando with Pastor Willie Chambliss officiating.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences.
