Barrington Fitzgerald Young, age 76, of Davenport, FL, passed away on Wednesday, August 21st, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Orlando,  He was was born in Jamaica, West Indies,  on December 23, 1942, the son of the late Alice (Nembhard)  and Albert   Young and was employed as a bookkeeper.

Barrington leaves to cherish his memory, wife Yvonne (Hyre) Young of Davenport; three daughters, Arlene Young of Ft. Lauderdale, Nicole Young of Mt. Vernon, NY, Jodi Young of Washington, DC; two sons Andre Young of Patuexten, MD,  Antoine Young of Kissimmee; five sisters, Sheila Brown of Jamaica, Lena Harvey of Jamaica, Pamela Yap of Sanford; Enid Lee of Canada,  Lucille Chong-Chin of Palm Bay, FL.;  brother Donovan Smith of Jamaica; and 8 grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends for visitation at 9:00 am, followed by the funeral service at 10:00 am on Friday, August 30th, 2019 at Kingdom Life International Christian Center located at 1901 S. Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee FL. 34758 with Pastor Kenneth Estrada officiating.    Interment will follow the service at Dr. Phillips Cemetery in Orlando.
