Frances Mataline Morgan Swartz

Frances passed away peacefully Thursday, March 16 at the Lakeview Manor Assisted Living Facility where she has been a resident since 2013. She was the third of six children born to Albert Morgan and Lela Vaughn Morgan in Piggott, AR. Her father, a sharecropper, died when she was six and her mother struggled raising a family during the Depression.
Frances moved to Anderson, Indiana just before the war where she lived at the YWCA, and took a factory job at Nicholson File. Robert Thomas Swartz caught his "bird"  after a short courtship on May 16, 1943. They built a home in Van Buren and later relocated to Lexington, Ky, raising four children: Karl, Karen, David, and Barbara. Frances enjoyed music, cooking, sewing, and gardening, but most of all, being a Mother and Grandma.
Frances and Bob retired to Eustis, Fl, where she remained active in church, social and charitable activities before moving to Orlando in 2002 and focusing on being a Grandmother to her 17 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. In addition to her children, Frances is survived by her brother, Albert Jackson Morgan of Bryan, TX.
We extend a special thanks to our friends, the staff at Lakeview Manor, who have been  family to Frances for the last four years. We appreciate the loving care that you provided to our Mother and we are forever in your debt. Thank you so much and God bless you!
Honorary donations may be made in Frances' name to the Cornerstone Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation at donate.cshospice.org or the Alzheimer's association at alz.org. A graveside service open to the public will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 22 at Greenwood Cemetary in Eustis, FL. To all family members. Frances Swartz was an amazing woman and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. I never saw her that she didn't have a ready smile. She was very talented and willing to share.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to your family. I know the pain of losing a dear loved one also. Rev 21:4 reminds us of what the future will be for death. God is a God of comfort you can throw all your anxiety on him. (Psalms 55:22 and 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4)

My sincerest sympathies to your family at this difficult
time. May the "Hearer of Prayer" be with you and comfort you in your time of need (Psalms 65:2).

Dear Grandma,
You are such a beautiful soul ,when God gets ready to make a bouquet He always chooses the most lovely flowers.I look at the legacy you have created and am astounded . The chain of events that has taken place all because you and grandpa fell in love. The changes that have effectively changed the world forever, accomplishments your children have made ,your grandchildren have and will make.I love you so much and will miss you forever. You taught me how to swim and the best ways to clean. You have taken care of me when I was sick ,scolded me when I was wrong. When you warned me that boys were harder to raise than girls you could have elaborated .The best advice that you ever gave me me was not to panic when something came up,problems don't usually happen over night and you wont fix them overnight so long as you do something about it every chance you can.but don't stare at something so long you miss the scenery. Please tell grandpa I miss him and that I hope hes checking in on my boys from time to time.I want to tell you boyh thank you for being truly the best grandparents this little girl could ever have hoped for.Rest in peace ,hold the memories as I will.God bless and keep you
Love,Chandra
