Melissa Suzanne Fazio, age 38, of Orlando, passed away Monday, October 16th, 2017. She was born in Orlando, the daughter of Edith (Boggetta) and Richard Steele Barlow and was employed as a phlebotomist.
Melissa leaves to cherish her memory, parents Edith and Richard Barlow; husband Phillip Fazio; two sons Drake Fazio, Mason Fazio, all of Orlando; sister Brandy (Vic) DeVore of Clermont.
The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 12:00 pm. The funeral service will follow visitation at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Winter Garden Cemetery.
