Helen Blaine

Helen Elizabeth Blaine was born on February 9, 1933 to Clark and Mary Sultzer in Ruffsdale, PA. She was the youngest of five children and the only daughter.  She is survived by two brothers - James Sultzer & Benjamin Sultzer and their families of Lorain, Ohio.  Her deceased brothers are Thomas and William.

Helen married George Bergman Blaine of Mount Pleasant, PA on July 2, 1949. They moved the family to Orlando, FL in March of 1963.  She is survived by three daughters, Cindy Hall and her husband Rufus of Windermere, FL; Peggy Wolf and her husband John of Winter Garden, FL and Judy Dixon and her husband Jeff of Apopka, FL. She has seven grandchildren and their spouses - Ryan Blaine and his wife Kathy, Stephanie Brooks & Chris Bishop, Bradley Brooks, Dana Tindall and her husband Robert, Brandy Wood and her husband Stephen; Derek Hall, Shelby Dixon and two great grandchildren, Cassandra and Savanah Blume.

Her husband, George, went to his heavenly home on September 22, 1998 and she did not remarry. She worked part time for many years as a Beeline Fashions sales representative and in the food service industry.  She worked for the Harris Rosen Company as a waitress for several years before retiring.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge #766, Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Ocoee Senior Center where she socialized with friends and played bingo.

She was a Christian, beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend.  She passed on to her heavenly home on October 11, 2016.  A graveside service will be held Friday, October 14, 2016, 3:00 pm at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando FL.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the family will find some comfort and strength in Jesus promise of the earthly resurrection(Acts 24:15)and the renewed Paradise earth, where death will be no more and no family will mourn the death of a loved one.-Revelation 21:3,4;John 5:28,29;Luke 23:43. Dear Cindy, I was so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. As you know, she and I were good friends. I loved her spirit, no nonsense honesty and fun loving nature. Always enjoyed our conversations together. Please know that she was well respected and loved by many.
