Patricia JoAnne Maciejczyk

Patricia Joanne Maciejczyk (Joanne Maciejczyk) of Fruitland Park Florida passed away on Tuesday,Beckley, WV; the daughter of the late Josephine Fleming and Herman O'Neal.  Joanne is preceded in death by her husband Frank Maciejczyk (September 9, 2006) and her sister Margaret Barker.  June 23, 2015 of natural causes in her home at the age of 81.  Joanne was born in

Joanne spent most of her adult life and working years in Anne Arundel County Maryland, working in the school system as an elementary school teacher with children with special needs.  She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. Her and her late husband Frank moved to Florida in 2004 to be closer to her only Son Stephen Joseph Maciejczyk and her grandson Frank Anthony Maciejczyk.  She lived her life making others happy and was a ray of sunshine and life to anyone she met or spoke with.  Her love was of children and her family and in her retirement years she lived her life for son and, especially the joy of her life, her grandson Frankie.  Nana was his world and Frankie was Nana's world.

Joanne is survived by her only son Stephen Maciejczyk of Orlando FL, her cherished grandson Frank Maciejczyk of Orlando FL and her sister Shirley Bowles of Chapin, South Carolina.

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm., followed by the funeral service at 5:00 pm with Deacon Laurence Herbert officiating.

There will be no immediate graveside service so kindly limit any flowers to tasteful center prieces or live plants.  Thank you for your consideration.

Sharon Maureen Roberts

Sharon Maureen Roberts, age 50, of Orlando, passed away Saturday, June 20th, 2015 at Florida Hospital Orlando.   She was born in Clarendon, Jamaica,  the daughter of the late Winifred and Leslie Lynch and was employed at a nursing home.  Sharon was a member of  Church in the Son Orlando.

Sharon is preceded in death by her daughter Ashley Roberts (November 2014) leaves to cherish her memory husband Clinton Roberts of Orlando; three daughters Tricia Outar of Orlando, Symone Grant of Leesburg, Rebecca Roberts of Orlando; son Joshua Roberts of Orlando; five sisters Dahlia Penant of Orlando,  Claudia Lynch of Orlando, Andrea Hawthorne of Texas, Michelle Danni of Orlando, Maureen King, of Connecticut; five brothers Linford Lynch of Canada; Craig Anderson of Jamaica,  Donovan Lynch of Orlando, Michael King  of Orlando,  Kevin King of Jamaica.

The family will be receiving friends at Church in the Son located at 4484 N. John Young Parkway, Orlando 32804 from 10:00 until 11:00 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 27, 2015 with Pastor Alex Clattenburg officiating.  Interment will be at Winter Garden Cemetery.

Helen Palvisak

Helen Palviscak, age 88, of Ormond Beach, FL, passed away at 11:05, Wednesday, June 17th, 2015 at the  Mike Conley Hospice House in Clermont, Florida.  Helen was born in Pittsburgh, PA the daughter of the late Anna (Rohal)  and George  Lemak.  She was a homemaker and member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church.  

Helen is  predeceased by her husband Stephen (September 15, 1995) and leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Mary  Ann Grant, of Niota, TN., Nancy Korzep of Orlando; two sons Michael  and Karl Palvisak both of Orlando;  grandchildren Judy, Ryan, Karen, Stephen, Greg, Dominick, David, Brian, Brad and Ashley.

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.  The funeral service will be held at St. Nicholas Byzantine Church, Orlando, FL, at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 22nd,  2015 with Father Sal Pignato officiating.  Interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Charles Vernon Harris

On 6-14-2015 Charles Vernon Harris passed away peacefully at his home in Windermere Fl. He was born 9-13-29 in Miami Fl. to the late Jesse Roger Harris and Ruby Lee Harris. He was pre deceased by Marsha Karen Harris, brothers Robert and Jesse Harris, and sister-in-law Mary Helen Harris. He is survived by wife, Rubye Harris, sons Michael and Jason, daughter Debra Lee Johnson and Husband Dennis D Johnson and sister Jewel Robbins. Also seven grandchildren Celeste Chamberlin, Justin Johnson, Jasmine Jerome, Naomi Jerome, Wayne Graves, Dana Johnson, Rose Jerome and six great grandchildren, Justin Spradley, Kyla Chamberlin, Chandler Jerome, Abriana Vicioso, Veronika Cardenas, Keegan Graves and Charisma Johnson along with many other loving nephews nieces and many friends. Also a very special Nephew, Tim Harris who helped uncle Vernon and aunt Ruby selflessly in so many ways.

Charles served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, he served through the Korean war and several conflicts including the Cuban crisis. His wing was stationed to Key West to monitor all movement on the island of Cuba (right in their front yard). He retired at Langley Air Force Base in the spring of 1968 as a Master Sargent.


He brought his family back to Orlando and went to work for USPS. He served in management for 18 years. He retired with wife Rubye to their lake house in Windermere where he became part of a postal retirement community. He continued to volunteer in helping his new community. His retirement years were spent enjoying his home, family, friends and fishing.

Bobby J. Tolbert


Bobby Joe Tolbert, age 56, of Orlando, FL, was called home to be with the Lord, Friday, June 5th, 2015 at Florida Hospital Orlando.  He was born in York, Alabama,  on December 22, 1958 into the union of Bettie and John  Tolbert.  Bobby was a Staff Sergeant and  retired from the United States Army.  After graduating from Sumter County High School in 1977,  Bobby Tolbert enlisted into The United States Army at the age of 18 on July 19, 1977. Bobby was united in marriage to Rosetta Rowe on 05/28/1982. He continued to serve in The United States Army where he received Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Non-commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon -2, Overseas Service Ribbon -4, Valorous Unit Award, Southwest Asia Service Medal with three Bronze Service Stars, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Sharpshooter Badge Hand Grenade/Marksman Badge M-16 Rifle, Army Retired Lapel Button to name a few. Bobby Tolbert also featured on the cover of Time Magazine (February 25, 1991 edition) Title Beginning of the End.

After serving 20 years in The United States Army, Bobby and his family moved to Orlando, Florida where he retired and started driving semi-trucks. Orlando, soon became his home where he met several friends, which they partook in several of his favorite activities: fishing, bowling, and playing dominoes. > He was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was a man of his word, he meant what he said and did not take 'no' for an answer. Bobby was such an inspiration and had a great impact on the  lives of many.

Bobby is preceded in death by his mother Bettie, and his father John Tolbert and leaves  to cherish  his memory, his wife Rosetta (Rowe) Tolbert of Orlando; two daughters, Mekeba Tolbert of Ocoee, Olashiko Tolbert (Dominic Jones) of Apopka;  two sons Xavier Tolbert, Olajuwon Tolbert both of Orlando; two sisters Jenny Tyson  of Syracuse, Rebecca Brown (Glenn) of Syracuse; two brothers Charles  Tolbert (Marie) of Syracuse; Johnny Tolbert of Auburn, New York; 8 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00 pm.  The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 19, 2015 followed by interment  at 2:00 pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida with military honors.




   

Kishure Mangar

Kishure Mangar, age 70, of Orlando, FL passed away Monday, June 15th, 2015 at his residence.  He
was born in Fort Island, Guyana, the son of Sewah and Sukhri Mangar.  Kishure was employed as a security guard.

Kishure leaves to cherish his memory wife Tecomarrie (Singh) Mangar of Orlando: three sons Oodho Mangar of Orlando; Basdeo Mangar of New York; Dave Mangar, of Orlando; brother Roy Mangar of the Bahamas and 4 grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 6:00 until 9:00 pm., followed by the funeral service from 9:00 until 11:00 am at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the funeral service at Winter Garden Cemetery.

Rhys Matteson Dervan

Rhys Matteson Dervan, age 56, of Ocoee,  Florida passed away Monday, June 8th, 2015.  He was born in Miami, Florida the son of the late Cathleen (Madison)  and Bernard Dervan.  Rhys retired from the United States Army as a captain and was a member of St. Paul Presbyterian Church.  He was employed as a trainer for the Department of Justice.

Rhys leaves to cherish his memory, wife Vivian (Pham) Dervan; two sons Christopher and Liam Dervan all of Ocoee; two brothers, Bernard Dervan, Jr., of Kalamazoo, MI;  Perse Dervan, of Las Vegas, NV; a niece Marie Beadle and nephew Bernard Dervan III.

The family will be receiving friends at St. Paul Presbyterian Church, Orlando, FL from 9:30 until 10:30 am followed by the funeral service on Tuesday, June 16th, 2015.  Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery at 2:00 pm in Bushnell, Florida.

Michael Singh

Michael Singh, age 47, of Orlando, FL passed away Monday, June 8th,2015 at his residence. He was born in Bartica, Guyana the son of Albertina (Roberts)  and Latchman  Singh and was employed as a forklift operator.  

Michael is  leaves to cherish his memory along with his parents, daughter Reina Miriam Ruiz, of Orlando; three sons Michael Singh, Latchman Singh, Matthew Singh all of Orlando; and grand daughter Kylie Amaya  Singh also of Orlando.  Michael is also survived by five sisters, Janet Singh, of Orlando; Sandra Roberts, of New York; Gloria Singh, of New York; Ann Morrisey Singh, of Orlando; Carol Roberts, of Orlando. 

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 15th, 2015 at 10:30 am followed by interment at Winter Garden Cemetery.

Gary Michael Dickson, Jr.

Gary Michael Dickson, Jr. age 44 of Mims, Florida passed away June 6, 2015.  He was born in Passaic, New Jersey the son of Gary Michael and Gail (Hnatt) Dickson, Sr.  Gary was employed as an auto mechanic.

Gary leaves to cherish his memory along with his parents,  daughter Courtney Dickson of Dothan, Alabama; sister Kimberly Ferizolli of Georgia and 2 grandchildren. 

The funeral service will be held at Dobbs Funeral Home on Saturday, June 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm.

Jeanette Mary Garrett

Jeanette Garrett, 88 went home on June 10, 2015. She is survived by husband Ralph Garrett of 70 years; sons Raymond John and Carmi Garrett; daughters Kathy Siclari and Rosanna Neal; 10 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.  She is predeceased by son Ralph Jr.

Dennis Errol Easler

Dennis Errol Easler (DSteel), 50 years old of Windermere, FL entered heaven on Saturday, June 6th, 2015 with his loved ones at his side.  Dennis fought a long courageous battle against cancer and his fight has been a inspiration to countless people.  We will be celebrating Dennis's life on Friday, June 12th @ 12pm at the First Baptist Church Windermere (300 Main Street).  Funeral procession following to Woodlawn Memorial Park (400 Woodlawn Cemetary Road, Gotha 34734).

Dennis was born on January 20th, 1965 in Oakland California to his loving parents.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years,  Carol Ann Easler and his daughter (Daddy's girl) Logan T Easler, parents Nadena & David Easler, two brothers Darryl Easler & Dwayne Easler, many adoring nieces and nephews and several lifelong friends.

Dennis lived in California, New York, and Minnesota but the majority of his life was spent in his cherished state of Florida.  Dennis loved the outdoors, fishing, boating, traveling, sports, but most important to Dennis was family & friendship. He was the best at gathering his friends and family together for a great meal and great times. 

He excelled professionally in whatever he did mainly due to his genuine love for people and "Gift of Gab".  He was a trusted counselor to many in business. He worked in Real Estate the majority of his adult life.  Dennis was active in the community and was most proud of "Volunteer of the Year" Award at Lake Whitney Elementary where his daughter attended in 2004. Throughout his life even thru the suffering of cancer he maintained a infectious smile and a entertaining sense of humor, he was a true gentleman and won the trust and hearts of many.


The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support in many heart-felt forms from too many people to name individually, but including: Health Central Emergency & CCU Team, Dr. Albert M. Ong with Orlando Urology, UF Health Cancer Center (Paulette, a faithful nurse who always called back...), First Baptist Windermere & the amazing people at Wyndham. A special Thank you to our Angel that lived fully, laughed, and loved. Dennis will never be forgotten. His unwavering love will be carried on in his legacy which is now in each of us and the lives he touched.

Dr. George E. Lawniczak, Jr.


Dr. George E. Lawniczak, Jr. age 82, of Orlando, FL, passed away Monday, June 1, 2015 at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Orlando. He was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, the eldest son of Virginia (Crabbe) and George E. Lawniczak, Sr. George graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1955 and retired as a Commander after 22 years, much of that time spent as a pilot serving on aircraft carriers in the Mediterranean. He earned a Doctorate from the University of Michgan in 1969 . After retiring from the Navy, George and family moved to South Florida where he became Director of the Ocean Sciences Center at Nova University in Fort Lauderdale. Next came a period of years involved in Aquatic Safety, testifying in numerous lawsuits on behalf of victims of aquatic injuries around the country. He appeared many times on 20/20 and Inside Edition.


After relocating to Orlando in 2000, George became a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church where he served in a number of ministries. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11488.

George leaves to cherish his memory, wife Nancy (Hird) Lawniczak of Orlando; daughter Mary Keesling of Davie, FL; two sons Gregory J. Lawniczak of Lancaster, CA; George E. Lawniczak III, of Flower Mound, TX; step daughter Jennifer Tyrer of Sun Valley, ID; step son Christopher Hollyman of Waikoloa, HI; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. George is also survived by sister Mary Lynne Pringle of Leesburg, FL; and brother Jon Lawniczak of Ocala, FL.

Betty  Ann Small, age  65, of  Orlando, passed away Wednesday, May 27th, 2015 at her residence. She  was born in  Brooklyn,  New  York the daughter of Johnny and Mary (Harrell) Johnson.  Betty was self employed as a Group Home Operator. 

There will be a memorial service at Dobbs Funeral Home on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm.

William "Bill" L. Totten

William ‘Bill’ L. Totten, age 70, of Orlando, FL passed away Thursday, June 4th, 2015 at his residence.  He was born in Rocky River, OH the son of the late Anna (Mackey) and Arthur B. Totten.  Shortly after attending Georgia Tech, he was attracted to Florida to work for the space program.  Since the early 1970’s, Bill enjoyed calling Orlando his home.  He retired after serving thirty-eight years as Senior Engineering Inspector with the Orange County Highway Department.  Over the years, family, genealogy, scouting and Gator football continued to be passions close to his heart.

Bill leaves his devoted wife Sandra (Jones) Totten, son Robert (Rebecca) of Winter Garden; daughter Julia Totten Yahya (Ahmad) of Minneola; son Bill L. Totten, Jr. (Jodi) of Gilford NH; grandchildren Ryan (Eryn), Jacob, Noelle, Hannah, Kara, Benjamin and Avery; two sisters, Janice Partin (Howard) of Orlando; Jean Kemp (Tom) of Leesburg; sister-in-law Rhonda Totten of Bay Village, OH; brother John Totten (Karen) of Cumming, GA; and brother-in-law Darwin Martin. Further survivors include the Yum-Yum Sisters that considered him a brother: Debra Jones Williamson, Jennifer Jones Clark (Kenny), and Jill Jones Hurshman (Al) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  He is proceeded in death by sister Barbara (Totten) Martin, brother Arthur ‘Bud’ B. Totten, and brother-in-law Steve Williamson.

A service celebrating the life of Bill will be held at Harvest Bible Chapel of Orlando, located at 12120 Chase Road, Windermere FL 34786 on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 4:00 pm.  Interment will follow the funeral service at Winter Garden Cemetery.  The family requests donations be made to Cornerstone Hospice in lieu of flowers (www.cshospice.org).


Jose Angel Pagan

Jose Angel Pagan, age 84, of  Orlando, passed away Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the son of Timoteo and Angela Maria (Lagomarcini) Pagan.  He was employed as a bakery supervisor.

Rajkumarie Persaud Seecharan


Rajkumarie Persaud/Seecharan aka Marie age 47 of Orlando, Florida passed away Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015 at her residence.


Marie was employed by the same company for more than 21 years.
She was the wife of Joe Persaud, mother of Junior and Amanda Persaud, daughter of Yvonne & Shibaran Seecharan, sister of Loyo, Rexie, Sattie and the late Pepe,daughter in law of Balram & Sabitri Prashad. She will be missed by all her friends and relatives.
The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, June 5th, and Saturday, June 6th, 2015. The Traditional Vedic Service will be on Sunday, June 7th, 2015 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Cremation will be at 11:30 am at Westside Crematory in Winter Garden located at 805 Mary’s Park Place.
