Eric, I got to see you a few times at church when you joined, and I can tell you that I'll miss seeing you in the front row. I only got to meet you for a couple of months but it still hurts my heart to come back from vacation and find out you're gone.

Mr. and Mrs. Friedman, I'm sorry to hear about your son, Eric. May the God of Comfort be with you and your family, and He strengthen your hearts with his promises. He intends to bring our dead loved ones back to earthly life in the future if we trust His Word. (John 5:28,29). I hope that sure hope and your memories help ease the pain of your loss. Sincere wishes.

Eric,

It's so weird you not being here. Its just not the same. Who is gonna yell out "I like tator tots" for no reason at all? There's no one to play cards with or watch CHOPPED with. I'm sure you're up there bragging about how you can beat all of them in 30 minutes. Don't worry I'll be sure to annoy Rich at least once a day for you. The girls are gonna make sure that Sam never forgets you. Although lets face it who could forget your craziness. Make sure you take good care of James for me. I know how much you love your nephew. I just wish you didn't leave us so soon to be with him.

love ya

It is almost time to face that he is really gone. This afternoon we will be going for his service, and will be forced wether we like it or not to accept what has happened. Just like when we got the call Christmas morning, and awaited dad to come for us it is not real until you have to actually see it. Now the day if his memorial and all is shoving it down our throats. The haze will be removed and it will force us to know it was not a bad dream. Today we have to say good bye to the baby of my side of the family. No pinches to wake us up, no sitting up in the bed and saying it was a bad dream. Have to accept he ain't coming out of his room to say who wants some coffee. Today my baby brother has to be allowed to go play with his little nephew Jimmy.
