Alversa "Dale" Williams


Alversa “Dale”  Williams was born in East ST Louis IL, on January 9, 1934. She entered Heaven’s gates on Monday, March 26, 2018.  She lived in Flint, Michigan most of her adult life. Alversa relocated to Orlando, FL  in 2012 to live with her children.


A loving mother, sister, grandmother and aunt.  Alversa  favorite hobby was BINGO and enjoyed family gatherings.  Alversa ( Mom ) was also a sports fan and enjoyed watching on TV football with her grandson and son. She also, loved watch Judge Judy and cooking channels.  Her favorite musical shows were the ( Spanish and Mexican ) channels. She loved to watch them dance and sing, most of all she loved the vibrate colors and their language. although, she didn't understand the language somehow she had a love and passion for all mankind.  "LOVE" her universal language.  She  loved to feed the ducks, birds, dogs. She made sure everyone had something to eat.  Alversa's favorite singer was ( Bruno Mars ).  She would turn the television set up as loud as it could go whenever, she would see him on TV.  


Alversa Williams had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Orlando FL.  She loved the church choir and was also a powerful praying woman. She taught us all about the power of prayer and lead our family to JESUS.    One of her favorite quotes  " if you're worrying, you're not praying enough "    &    " God Got Us ".


Alversa was predeceased by her loving husband , Marion Williams. She was also predeceased by her Son Patrick Williams, sister Virgie Mayhorn, Mother Charity Mayhorn, father Willie Ed Mayhorn, brother Walter Mayhorn, Brother, Wille Ed Mayhorn.  Alversa is survived by her son Ernest Williams and daughter Alrena Dale, She is also survived by sister Thelma Watson of Flint, Michigan and niece Regina Watson Ypsilanti, Michigan, Nephew Rodney Watson and family, Rhode Island, Timothy Watson South Field Michigan.  She is also survived by grandchildren, David K. Berry JR. Christian Williams, Cornice Bailey, adopted grandson's Zack and Terrell Amos, Watson grandchildren, close friends Geraldine Anderson and family, Annette, Faye and Betty Amos. many family and friends of Flint, Michigan.  


The family gives them and everyone else who cared for Alversa their greatest gratitude.  A memorial  service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at Dobbs Funeral Home 430 N. Kirkman Rd. Orlando, Florida 32811.

Andrew Malachy Healy


Andrew Malachy Healy, age 87, of Orlando, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018. He was born in Streator, Illinois, the son of the late Ursula Senninger and Andrew Healy.  Andrew served in the United States Army, was a founder of Senninger Irrigation, Inc. and a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Orlando. 

Andrew is preceded in death by his wife Ruth Ann Healy and by his brother Alfred Healy. He is survived by his five children; Susan (Javie) Torregrosa of Sanford;  Patty (Ryan) Alkire of Winter Garden; Brian (Robyn) Healy of Orlando, David (Nicole) Healy of Oakland, and Mark (Nickie) Healy of Ann Arbor, MI. He was blessed with nine grandchildren. Andrew is also survived by his sister Mary Dana of Cape Coral and his brother Mark Healy, of Orlando. Andrew was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 23, at Dobbs Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Orlando.

Gabrielle Pluviose

Gabrielle Pluviose, age 70, of Orlando, passed away Sunday, March 18th, 2018 at Health Central Hospital in Ocoee.  She was born in Borgne, Haiti,  the daughter of the late Ann Marie (Louis) Pierre and Arsen  Augustine.  Gabrielle was employed in customer service for a travel agency and was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Orlando.

Gabrielle is preceded in death by her sister Jacquelyn Bertrand (December 2012) and leaves to cherish her memory, daughter Darlene Coleman of Apopka;  son Ernest Pluviose of Orlando;  four sisters, Ketsia Dorce of Long Island, Paula Aristides of Atlanta,  Anna Dorce-Leon of Kissimmee,  Betty Jean Dorce-Exume of Atlanta; brother Ronald Augustine of Atlanta;  grandchildren Stephen Coleman and Paris Coleman, both of Apopka.

A memorial mass will be held  at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 2nd, 2018 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Orlando, FL  with Father Ed McCarthy officiating.  Interment will follow the mass at Greenwood Cemetery.
