Casilda Cordero Gonzalez

Casilda Cordero Gonzalez, age 47, of Minneola, FL, passed away Sunday, April 3rd, 2016 at her residence. Casilda was born in New York, NY the daughter of Elsie (Garcia) and the late Hector Cordero. She was employed as a registered nurse at Dr. Phillips Hospital and a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. 

Casilda leaves to cherish her memory, mother Elsie Garcia of New York City;  husband of Mark  Gonzalez of Minneola, FL; daughter Kelsey Diggs of Orlando; sisters Sandra Cordero of Orlando and Christina Cordero of New York.

The family will be receiving friends at Dobbs Funeral Home from 6:00 until 9:00 pm on Wednesday, April 6th, 2016.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Andrew Catholic Church at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 7th, 2016 with Father Leo Hodges officiating, followed by interment at Winter Garden Cemetery.

I am sorry for your loss, please accept my sincere condolences. I hope the family will find some comfort and strength in Jesus promise of the earthly resurrection(Acts 24:15)and the renewed Paradise earth, where death will be no more and no family will mourn the death of a loved one.-Revelation 21:3,4;John 5:28,29;Luke 23:43. “[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more.”—REV. 21:4. This is what God promises. Very soon, here on earth, it will come true.
