I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked for Jim at Parsons Brinckerhoff and he was a great boss with a fantastic sense of humor. He loved bragging about his kids and grandkids. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to the Rhyne family for the loss of their beloved husband and father, Jim. Mr. Rhyne was a highly respected colleague of my father at Greiner Engineering in Tampa and a family friend. The Rhynes lived around the corner from us and were a fun, happy family. My family missed the Rhynes when they moved to Atlanta. The Rhynes hosted me for a holiday meal when I was a homesick student at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Thank you for the comfort of friendly faces and a home cooked meal. Rest In Peace.
