Frank & Vicky became my parents’ tenants as newlyweds. They quickly became like family to us. I was 18 years old & Vicky was like a big sister. We all spent summers on the stoop, dressing up for Halloween, admiring each other’s Christmas decorations. 13 years later, when they moved to their new home, my mom was heartbroken yet happy for them. Later, I was thrilled when they chose to buy their retirement home in the same development as my vacation home in FL. Over the past 15 years we shared Christmas dinners, birthday celebrations, trips to Disney or just having lunch by the pool on my lanai. Frank was always ready to laugh and to make others laugh; to tease them or “break their shoes.” But what I will remember most of Frank is his undying devotion to Vicky. Though it hurts to say goodbye, I’m happy to know that he is reunited with her and their beloved dog, Bear. Rest In Peace & Eternal Bliss, Frankie. I love you and will always miss you. - Celeste
