John Kevin Lane

John Kevin Lane was born on December 4th, 1963, and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 16th, 2021. As he was greeted at the heavenly gates, he was surrounded by his wife of 35 years, Rosa Lane, two children, Anthony Lane and Amanda (Lane) Decker, and close friends as they sang “It Is Well with My Soul.” Kevin cultivated a loving and safe home not only for his family but any friend who had the privilege to know him. John Kevin Lane was a man who loved God and loved others deeply. After 9 years of building a business with his son, he was able to semi-retire and he enjoyed frequenting theme parks with his wife and grandchildren, and playing golf on the weekends with his golf buddies in The Villages where he won every game. He is also survived by his favorite Aunt, Mary Lane Wheatley, and his sister, Angela Joransen. A Celebration of Life will be held on Kevin’s birthday, Saturday, December 4th, at 2:00 pm at Concord Street Church of Christ, 626 East Concord Street in Orlando, Florida.
